POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Customer Success who is passionate about solving complex customer problems in critical machining and manufacturing environments by increasing adoption of Acoustech ultrasonic machining technologies.  In this role, you will use your technical and sales experience to drive customer engagement with Acoustech solutions and help the world’s most innovative companies work with difficult-to-machine materials.  To do this, we’ve assembled a world-class team of business, product, engineering, and manufacturing professionals with deep knowledge of scaling high-growth technology startups.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for customer training, education, product adoption, and system installation across Acoustech’s family of machining systems
  2. Actively market the Acoustech Brand, establish customer requirements, set clear expectations, and shape opportunities by creating engineering proposals, executing product demonstrations, and executing new material machining studies
  3. Lead customer engagements and pilot programs as key point of contact for business and engineering requests
  4. Become an expert on ultrasonic machining technologies, competitors, and the evolving CNC machining industry to help our customers keep pace with new materials innovation

 

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  1. 10+ years of experience as a self-starter or operator who has developed extensive relationships across various industries including aerospace, defense, semiconductor, automotive, or medical industries
  2. Passion for building, refining, and scaling a world-class Customer Success function
  3. Direct field experience in working with low, mid, and high volume machining and manufacturing environments
  4. Experience leading competitive assessments and determining the strengths and weakness of your company’s technologies over competitors
  5. Leadership skills to develop, organize, and execute requirements development activities and executing customer call plans to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish collaborative relationships with engineering teams and peers 
  7. Prior experience working with machining solutions across many different materials

We are looking for an experienced Direct of Hardware Design and Manufacturing who is passionate about solving complex customer problems in critical machining and manufacturing environments with novel hardware engineering solutions.  In this role, you will use your mechanical design and manufacturing experience to accelerate the advancement of Acoustech’s solutions in order to help the world’s most innovative companies work with difficult-to-machine materials.  To do this, we’ve assembled a world-class team of business, product, engineering, and manufacturing professionals with deep knowledge of scaling high-growth technology startups.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Plan and direct product development and manufacturing initiatives across hardware and production workstreams
  2. Develop short and long-term manufacturing and supply chain strategies to meet financial and operational goals
  3. Support the scaling and implementation of manufacturing initiatives to ensure proactive management and availability of product
  4. Bring “voice of the customer” and ensure proper research to deeply understand, document,  and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
  5. Extreme attention to detail to ensure hardware testing, hardware design, and manufacturing requirements are crystal clear for engineering team
  6. Become an expert on ultrasonic machining technologies, competitors, and the evolving CNC machining industry to help our customers keep pace with new materials innovation

 

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  1. 10+ years of experience building and scaling hardware products across multiple industries that captured significant customer traction and financial returns
  2. Effective engineering design and analytical capabilities with the ability to collaborate well in a team environment, directly with customers, and with suppliers
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving and business judgment skills
  4. Extensive experience liaising with third parties to support supplier negotiations, contract manufacturer negotiations
  5. Prior experience working with machining solutions across many different materials

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for transformative changes to hardware architecture, firmware development, test system integration, and technical strategy
  2. Make decisions around new or existing technologies and components to build the right systems that can scale to the needs of the business
  3. Manage external suppliers and engineering consultants to build cutting edge systems to support Acoustech capabilities around the world
  4. Gain a strong understanding of Acoustech’s hardware and firmware architecture in order to lead external integration discussions with strategic partners

 

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  1. 3+ years of experience developing and releasing electrical engineering solutions across multiple industries
  2. Prior electrical engineering, PCB design, and test system development from industry along with academic pursuits in Computer Science, Computer / Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
  3. Proficiency in developing and managing complex BOMs, Gerbers, hardware schematics, etc
  4. Proficiency in design patterns for creating intuitive customer experiences
  5. Workflow flexibility and strong teamwork skills
  6. Prior experience working with machining solutions across many different materials 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Assembly and Test Technician who is passionate about solving complex customer problems in critical machining and manufacturing environments with novel assembly and testing solutions.  In this role, you will use your electrical design and manufacturing experience to accelerate the advancement of Acoustech’s solutions in order to help the world’s most innovative companies work with difficult-to-machine materials.  To do this, we’ve assembled a world-class team of business, product, engineering, and manufacturing professionals with deep knowledge of scaling high-growth technology startups.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. A major role in evaluating and testing Acoustech’s power management, sensors, software, and end-to-end performance
  2. Support in design and development of necessary hardware and software to create a complete test process for Acoustech’s solutions
  3. Complete measurement system analysis to evaluate component, sub-system and end-of-line unit production performance
  4. Support engineering team in debug, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
  5. Develop repeatable and measurable detailed test strategies, plans, and specifications
  6. Support the end-to-end assembly and work instructions for higher volume production

 

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  1. 5+ years of experience in high volume CNC machining operations
  2. Experience with manufacturing, tooling, and material selection for machining applications
  3. Demonstrated record of releasing products into high volume production environment
  4. Oversee the design, procurement and fabrication of reliability test hardware
  5. Drive continuous improvement in assembly and testing approaches
  6. Workflow flexibility, strong teamwork skills, and proficiency with CNC machining environment
  7. Hands on experience with advanced machining equipment, lab test equipment, and tooling development
  8. Finding fulfillment in assembling great products
  9. Good written and verbal communication skills
